All lines in the commit message ended in a bare CR. That caused
problems for my script that generates this summary of the contents
of the 'pu' branch:

http://erlang.github.com/otp/

Therefore I have amended the commit and replaced the CRs with
LFs.

I did not fix the long lines. The lines should be somewhat shorter
to look nice when viewed at github.
