We liked the idea to point out EEP8, but there should be a note
that this solution is temporary and that EEP8 and the implementation
may not match completely. I have written such a note, and have
also fixed the link (the tag to use is <url>). Everything is checked
in directly to the development branch (and it will appear in the git
repository later today).
