[erlang-bugs] Missing hyperlink for timer(3)?

In the OTP documentation, on the page http://www.erlang.org/doc/man/kernel_app.html ,
there is the following text,

    Starts the timer_server if the parameter is true (see timer(3)).

On the same page, a little further down, there is a "See also" with many hyperlinks.
Perhaps there should be one for timer(3)?
