[erlang-bugs] OTP r16 B02 with --disable-hipe options misses SKIP under hipe source folder, so hioe will compiles

under centos 6.4 64 bit
compile from source downloaded from erlang solutions.

There are a lot of problems with raw source compilation on centos 6.4 64
bit that, would someone do a comprehensive tests on this quality of this
version on source compilation?
