sasl is a missing dependency here https://github.com/erlang/otp/blob/maint/lib/common_test/src/common_test.app.src#L64
due to the usage of error_logger from here https://github.com/erlang/otp/blob/maint/lib/common_test/src/ct_hooks.erl#L39
