[erlang-bugs] mnesia_locker unexpected_info message

The following error was produced on Windows 2008 64bit and R16B 64bit:

It is not clear how to reproduce the error. Mnesia reports
"inconsistent_database, running_partitioned_network" after this log entry.


Please let me know if there is a workaround that will prevent this error
or make it less likely.
