[erlang-bugs] Erlang otpR16B03 will not compile on centos 6.4 64 bit

I compile Erlang on many differing CentOS machines and have had no
compilation errors. Despite that, I tried following your steps exactly on
both an Ubuntu 12.04 and CentOS 6.4 machine and could not reproduce your
error, even using the flags you provided.
