[erlang-bugs] Test server does not restore handlers

The function test_server_ctrl:init/1 calls test_server_h:install(), if 
SASL is running, but the corresponding test_server_h:restore() is never 
called. When running ct:run_test/1 repeatedly from the shell, the list 
of handlers just keeps growing and the old handlers sasl_report_tty_h 
and error_logger_tty_h are not restored.
