aclocal fails in lib subdir of Erlang 14B

Hi,

when running aclocal in the lib/ subdir of the shipped source tarball
of 14B, it will fail because of missing configure.in.  Copying over
lib/configure.in.src lets it pass.  Thanks for the attention.
