Build system ignores custom LDFLAGS

Hi,
as a follow-up to the thread starting in
http://www.erlang.org/cgi-bin/ezmlm-cgi/2/1249, I would like to report
an issue with the megaco_flex Makefile in 14A, ignoring custom LDFLAGS.
A patch has been reported in above thread, where this exact issue got
already fixed, but only partly taken over. Please apply the
attached patch to the release branch.
