emacs support

Since R13B04 some files have been not been installed for the emacs support to 
work.
I created a fork at github and committed changes that fix this issue
http://github.com/NicoK/otp/commit/081dd393f27a93f94756d9e43822354674e674b8
I also created a git pull request that time but I didn't get any answer so I 
figured it might have slipped through or not have been created at all (since I 
don't see the github interface mentioning it anywhere).

Could you have a look at it?
