Slow make, failing function_exported, Windows only?

Hi,

Since 14B01, make:all() is suddenly awfully slow for me.

I've also had problems with erlang:function_exported. Where module_info 
shows that the particular function is exported, 
erlang:function_exported/2 is returning false.

Are these two symptoms perhaps connected?

The system is Windows XP2, using make in werl repl.

I did use the uninstaller for 14B after installing 14B01 (which is 
normally fine); And so this could feasibly mean that it's just my local 
setup.

I'll investigate further, but I wondered whether anyone else has noticed 
these issues?
