epp module documentation: missing functions

Hi there!

Someone has done the terrific job of adding support in the epp module
to receiving io_device()s in addition to disk files :)

but the documentation makes no reference to this feature. :\

Also... where do I place my vote for having something like Ulf Wiger's
ram_file_io_server module in a future distribution + the necessary
"io cleanups" for making it easier to create other things that respect
the io_device() "interface"? :)
