[erlang-bugs] erlang:memory(processes_used) returns 0

Presumably, this is a bug:

Eshell V5.6.5  (abort with ^G)
1> {erlang:memory(processes_used),
     proplists:get_value(processes_used,erlang:memory())}.
{0,404208}

This was produced on a fresh install of R12B-5 on
Windows, but the same behaviour is seen on Linux.
