The hanging bug was confirmed on FreeBSD 7.1-RELEASE on Panasonic CF-Y5, with:
CPU: Genuine Intel(R) CPU L2400 @ 1.66GHz (1662.51-MHz 686-class CPU)

This bug was reproducible either Erlang R12B5 port was built on
gcc-3.4.6 (port gcc34) and gcc-4.2.1 (stock cc for 7.x), with HiPE.

The system hangs with no response, no crash dump, only powercycling
helps.
