Documentation contains "\011" instead of tabs

Hi,

I noticed in quite a lot of places in the docs that instead of tabs,
the string \011 is present. In some places there should be no tab at
all (for example the docs for orber:install/1,2), in others (like in
code snippets) it is meaningful.

In my editor, just replacing \011 with a TAB gives misalignments, so
I'm not sure if I would be able to make everything line up nicely, so
I don't provide a patch. If you would like one anyway, let me know.
