[erlang-bugs] base64:decode/1 fails on some inputs

Hello,

I've noticed that base64:decode/1 will fail on some inputs, although I don't
know why or what triggers it.
Here is a string that does however:

"+tpm7jXi9ymsOflkw7ImYaa+oJrAC/E2fueZ4QYP+\\hfuAQ0MFPLSSqDMYO/ZohCVWJOh/KwKE2F9Ea5QZJGQ=="

I've also attached a test case.
