[erlang-bugs] Some bugs in "OTP Design Principles" article

Hello.

When I was reading "OTP Design Principles", I found two small bugs (in
fact, both are very trifling).

#1. See the source of the module file_logger, introduced in paragraph
"4.2 Example". I think that file in fun init/1 should be open with
"write" attribute instead of "read" one.
#2. It's just a misprint in "4.4 Adding an Event Handler".

"state fo the event handler." -> "state for the event handler."
(letter "r" of "for" is missed)
