[erlang-bugs] r12b werl behaviour after application termination event

Hi

I have just upgraded from r10b-10 to r12b-3.

I just noticed that if I get an application termination failure in my
application, then closing the werl window will not cause werl to actually
exit. I still have to go to the task manager and kill the process manually.
If I simply start werl plainly, and have no error, then closing the window
will terminate the process.

I am running windows xp/sp3 (32-bit) erlang compiled for smp, and I have 2
cores.

This behavior is different from before, is it a bug??

Regards

Eric
