[erlang-bugs] erlang r12b fails to build on newer linux kernels

In newer versions of the linux kernel they changed the word adaption
to adaptation for sctp related things here is a patch that fixes it
for newer kernels however it would break older kernels it probably
needs proper ifdefing.
