[erlang-bugs] Build failure with --as-needed

Hi,

12B-0 linked with LDFLAGS="--as-needed" (Linux machine, 64-bit) fails
to identify OpenSSL correctly:

"checking for OpenSSL >= 0.9.7 in standard locations... found; but not
usable configure: WARNING: No (usable) OpenSSL found, skipping ssl, ssh
and crypto applications"

This occurs with dynamic SSL (not built-in).

V-Li
