[erlang-bugs] Duplicate documentation in otp_win32_R12B-0.exe

There is a substantial unnecessary duplication of
docs in otp_win32_R12B-0.exe

Subdir 'docs contains duplications of 2044 Files in 152 Folders
consuming 15.7 MB (Size on disk 20 MB).

The files in those subdirectories are duplicates of
docs contained in other directories, found under
c:\erlang\erts-5.6
and
c:\erlang\lib

The documentation system, as best I can determine does not call
any files in the 'docs' directory
