[erlang-bugs] PDF documentation bug for erl_interface

Hi,

 (this is my first bug report  here, so I'm not fully aware of the
 local etiquette, bare with me)

 The PDF version of erl_interface has a strange "bug" that took me a
 while to figure out: the first chapter is repeated twice. Once it's
 called " 1.1 The EI Library User's Guide" and once called "1.2 The
 Erl_Interface Library".

 The PDF is downloaded from here:
http://www.erlang.org/doc/pdf/erl_interface.pdf

 The equivalent HTML Docs
 (http://www.erlang.org/doc/apps/erl_interface/index.html) doesn't seem
 to contain this error. I did one or two spotchecks on other PDFs and
 that behaviour doesn't seem to appear anywhere else.

 I couldn't see to find the source of that particular document in the
 source distribution, so I can't tell whether this is "on purpose" or a
 tool bug.
