XML in Mnesia: Main problems


Disk space: The storage in Mnesia is 10 to 20 times greater than in the filesystem

This might be improved with the new bit syntax


Scalability: Problems occur with huge volume of data

This limitation is the same as for Mnesia itself

But this could be overcome ...
